We want to ensure your Anytime Onigiri arrives quickly, so you can bring it along on your next adventure. To minimize our environmental footprint, we do not include paper packing slips with your order, but we will keep you updated via email every step of the way!

Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Continental U.S.: We offer standard shipping options, with free shipping automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $55.

• Alaska, Hawaii, & Non-Continental Territories: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time by the carrier and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

We are also exploring the possibility of shipping locally from Hawaii.  Please join our local Hawaii shipping interest list located on our website if you think we should. Mahalo!
